WORK WITH NASA AND THE REST OF THE ECON PROJECT TEAM TO DEVELOP AND PRESENT CONCEPTS AND TECHNOLOGY ADVICE RELATING TO ELECTRICALLY POWERED AIRCRAFT PARTICULARLY PERSONAL AIR VEHICLES AND SKY TAXIS. DRAW UPON THE 9 YEARS OF CAFE ELECTRIC AIRCRAFT SYMPOSIA TO INFORM THE EFFORT. 2. IN COLLABORATION WITH THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE TEAM DEVELOP THE 3 MAIN THRUSTS OF THE PROJECT WHICH ARE REDUCING AIRCRAFT COST DEVELOPING FLEET FLIGHT OPS FOR MORE EFFICIENCY AND COST SAVINGS DEVELOPING OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE FOR MANAGING FLEET OPS TO SAVE COSTS. 3. HELP DRAFT THE REPORT DELIVERABLE ON THE PROJECT. 4. SHARE PRIOR AND NEW SUPPORTING INFORMATION FROM EXPERIENCE INDUSTRY AND CAFE FOUNDATION ARCHIVES. 5. CONDUCT LITERATURE REVIEWS SURVEYS SMALL CASE STUDIES INTERVIEWS AND DESIGN DISCUSSIONS ON ALL RELEVANT TOPICS. 6.IN COLLABORATION WITH NASA AND THE ECON PROJECT PARTNERS ANALYZE THE REQUIREMENTS RISKS AND ISSUES FOR THE PROJECTS GOALS.7. INTEGRATE KNOWN HUMAN PHYSIOLOGIC LIMITS INTO HUMAN FACTORS DESIGN INTERFACES.8. MODEL THE IMPLICATIONS AND IMPACT OF POTENTIAL SCENARIOS THAT IMPLEMENT THE ECON DELIVERABLE.9. JOIN THE NASA PI IN REPRESENTING THE PROJECT TO ACADEMIA AND TO THE PUBLIC.10. COLLABORATE WITH NASA AND THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE ECON PROJECT ON PREPARING FOR AND EXECUTING PHASE II OF THIS PROJECT.11. ATTEND OR PARTICIPATE IN ALL MEETINGS AND VIRTUAL MEETINGS THAT ATTEND THIS PROJECT'S PHASES I AND II.$29,550
