THE CULLY COMMUNITY SOLAR PROJECT CONSISTS OF A NUMBER OF COMMUNITY SOLAR PROJECTS THAT WILL OFFER SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR LOW-INCOME INDIGENOUS, BLACK, AND BROWN RESIDENTS OF THE CULLY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT WILL GENERATE MEANINGFUL MONTHLY REDUCTIONS OF THEIR ELECTRICITY BILLS.
