THE GOALS OF THIS PROJECT ARE TO 1) DELIVER A TRIPLET HORIZONTAL WELL EGS SYSTEM CAPABLE OF GENERATING AT LEAST 5 MW OF ELECTRIC POWER (THE TRIPLET SYSTEM WILL BE DESIGNED AS ONE CENTRAL HORIZONTAL PRODUCTION WELL OFFSET BY TWO HORIZONTAL INJECTION WELLS), 2) STIMULATE ALL THREE WELLS WITH A MULTISTAGE, PLUG-AND-PERF STIMULATION TREATMENT DESIGN WITH PROPPANT, AND 3) PERFORM LONG-TERM CROSSFLOW WELL TESTS TO CHARACTERIZE THE HYDRAULIC AND THERMAL PERFORMANCE OF THE SYSTEM. THE PROJECT IS ALREADY AT AN ADVANCED STAGE OF PROJECT READINESS ACROSS ALL KEY PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PHASES, INCLUDING SITE CONTROL, PERMITTING, SITE PREPARATION, ENGINEERING, SUPPLY CHAIN, AND COMMERCIAL OFFTAKE. GIVEN THIS ADVANCED STAGE OF PROJECT READINESS, WE ARE PREPARED TO EXECUTE THIS PROJECT QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. WE HAVE ESTABLISHED AN EXPERIENCED PROJECT TEAM CAPABLE OF DELIVERING THIS COMPLEX PROJECT ON-TIME AND ON-BUDGET. GIVEN THAT THIS IS A COMMERCIAL PROJECT, WE HAVE DESIGNED THE DRILLING, COMPLETIONS, STIMULATION, AND WELL TESTING PROGRAM TO MEET THE CRITICAL RESERVOIR PERFORMANCE TARGETS REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE AN ECONOMIC EGS SYSTEM. IN ADDITION, WE PLAN TO EXECUTE AN ADVANCED DATA ACQUISITION CAMPAIGN TO ENABLE DETAILED RESERVOIR CHARACTERIZATION. THE WORKPLAN OUTLINED BELOW WAS DEVELOPED BASED ON THE FOLLOWING PROJECT DELIVERY GOALS: • PRIORITIZE HEALTH, SAFETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, AND COLLABORATION ACROSS THE GEOTHERMAL INDUSTRY. • MINIMIZE RISK THROUGHOUT THE DRILLING, COMPLETIONS, STIMULATION, AND WELL TESTING PHASES BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE VAST AMOUNT OF EXISTING DATA, LESSONS LEARNED, AND ADVISORY GROUP FROM THE INTEGRATED PROJECT TEAM AND UTAH FORGE PARTNERSHIP. • LEVERAGE LEARNINGS FROM FERVO’S AND UTAH FORGE’S PREVIOUSLY SUCCESSFUL FIELD DEMONSTRATION CAMPAIGNS, FOCUSING ON AN EGS SYSTEM DESIGN AND OPERATIONS PLAN THAT DIRECTLY DEMONSTRATES THE KEY RESERVOIR PERFORMANCE INDICATORS REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL EGS PROJECTS. • MAXIMIZE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES THAT CAN BE APPLIED INDUSTRY-WIDE TO IMPROVE EGS WELL DESIGNS BY DEPLOYING AN ADVANCED DATA ACQUISITION AND RESERVOIR CHARACTERIZATION PROGRAM.$22,082,025
