CUBICPV INC (CPV) INTENDS TO DEMONSTRATE HIGH-EFFICIENCY, HIGH-DURABILITY AND LEAD-SAFE METAL HALIDE PEROVSKITE MODULES AT LEAST 150 MM ON A SIDE EXCEEDING 4W (CELL LIGHT-TO-POWER CONVERSION EFFICIENCY =20%) IN NAME-PLATE CAPACITY FABRICATED BY SLOT-DIE COATING WITH AN EXPECTED LIFETIME EXCEEDING 20 YEARS (T97 = 1000 HRS @ 75OC, 1 SUN AND EA >0.5 EV). PSC PV MODULES WILL DEMONSTRATE MILITARY-SPECIFICATION DURABILITY (MIL-SPEC, TOP 09-2-291), IN ADDITION TO IEC 61215 DURABILITY STANDARDS AND AN ANNUAL DEGRADATION OF =1%/ANNUM IN AN OUTDOOR TEST FACILITY. WE WILL DEMONSTRATE PEROVSKITE PV MODULES THAT EXPERIENCE PB LEAKAGE INTO WATER =15 PPB (PER U.S. FEDERAL 40 CFR 141, §141.80(C)) UPON BREAKAGE AT PH 4 AND 7.
