THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS PROJECT INCLUDES THE REMOVAL OF THE 18,540 SQUARE-FOOT PRIMATES BUILDING FROM COMO ZOO’S CENTRALIZED STEAM BOILER SYSTEM. THE PRIMATES BUILDING WILL BE TRANSITION TO A HYDRO GEOTHERMAL ENERGY SYSTEM FOR HEATING AND COOLING, ELECTRIFYING THE HVAC AND DOMESTIC HOT WATER FOR THE FACILITY.
