HTS CAN BE A KEY ENABLER FOR THE ENERGY TRANSITION THROUGH HTS CABLES THAT CARRY 10X MORE POWER THROUGH EXISTING RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND HTS MAGNETS THAT UNLOCK FUSION POWER GENERATION. THESE INNOVATIONS WILL DRAMATICALLY LOWER MANUFACTURING COSTS BY IMPROVING EQUIPMENT THROUGHPUT, MATERIAL EFFICIENCY, AND WIRE PERFORMANCE. THESE IMPROVEMENTS WILL ENSURE THAT THERE IS A LARGE SUPPLY OF DOMESTIC LOW-COST HTS WIRE AND HELP THE U.S. BECOME THE GLOBAL LEADER IN HTS MANUFACTURING.$3,000,000
