THE PURPOSE OF THIS AWARD IS TO MEET ALL THE TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE TARGETS LISTED FROM THIS ARPA-E SOLICITATION INCLUDING RAPID DETECTION OF 10 KG/HR EMISSION WITHIN AN AREA OF 100M BY 100M UNDER PRACTICAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS WITH <20% ACCURACY ERROR. THE SYSTEM COST WILL BE <$10K, CAPABLE OF DETECTING LEAK LOCATIONS WITH <10M LOCALIZATION ERROR AND <1% FALSE POSITIVE ALARMING RATE.
