THE MOST UNIQUE AND STRIKING PHENOMENON IN THE GALACTIC CENTER REGION IS THE EXISTENCE OF NUMEROUS NON-THERMAL RADIO AND X-RAY FILAMENTS. THE LACK OF A PULSATION DETECTION AND UNCONSTRAINED SPECTRAL SHAPE BASED ON THE CURRENT DATA DOES NOT ALLOW US TO TEST OUR HYPOTHESIS. THEREFORE WE PROPOSE A DEEP 100 KS ON-AXIS NUSTAR OBSERVATIONS OF THIS SOURCE WHICH WILL SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVE THE STATISTICS ALLOWING BOTH A PULSATION SEARCH AND A TIGHT CONSTRAINT ON THE SPECTRAL SHAPE ESPECIALLY THE HARD X-RAY TAIL.$69,909
