LODESTAR WILL UPLIFT EJ AND DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE LAST MILE LEADERSHIP (LML) SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM THAT WILL INVEST IN STUDENTS AND BUSINESSES WHO WISH TO STUDY OR DEPLOY CLEAN TRANSPORTATION.
