IN ADDITION HE WILL BE PERFORMING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE MAJORITY OF THE EXPERIMENTS PROPOSED IN THIS GRANT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL THE GENETIC AND MOLECULAR MODIFICATION OF MIRNAS IN AIM I OF MULTIPLE CELL LINES FUNCTION ASSAYS IN AIM2 OR AIM 3 PROCESSING SAMPLES STATISTICAL ANALYSES AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSISTING WITH REPORTING THE STUDY'S FINDINGS. DR. GRABBHAM HAS PREVIOUSLY USED RETROVIRAL AND LENTIVIRAL DELIVERY SYSTEMS TO OVEREXPRESS TARGETS OF INTEREST AS WELL AS SUCCESSFULLY ESTABLISHED THE USE OF THE CRISPR-CAS9 GENETIC ENGINEERING TOOLS TO KNOCK-OUT TARGETS OF INTEREST. THESE TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES WILL BE UTILIZED TO FULLY EXECUTE THE RELEVANT RESEARCH AIMS DESCRIBED IN THE RESEARCH PROPOSAL.
