THE INCLUSION OF PREVIOUSLY UNPUBLISHED URANUS GROUND-BASED AND HST OCCULTATION OBSERVATIONS WILL EXTEND THE TIME BASELINE TO 2002 AND INCREASE THE NUMBER OF INDIVIDUAL RING MEASUREMENTS BY MORE THAN 50%.
