PROJECT ACTIVITIES WOULD INCLUDE SITE ANALYSES, ENGINEERING DESIGN, PERMITTING, SITE PREPARATION, INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, DATA ANALYSIS, AND DISSEMINATION OF FINDINGS.
