Abstract
DESCRIPTION: The motility of endothelial cells will be studied. The effects of calcium and cAMP concentrations will be measured and related to wound-induced transcription of the c-fos and c-jun genes. The sufficiency and neccessesity of transcription of these genes for cell motility will be tested. Similarly the necessity and sufficiency of changes of calcium will be determined for fos and jun induction as well as cell motility.
