Abstract
The Mouse Husbandry and Genotyping core will support the use within this program: 1) performing routine husbandry of transgenic and gene knock-out mice, 2) determining genotypes of transgenic and gene knock- out mice by PCR analysis of tail DNA, 3) facilitating the cryopreservation of transgenic mice, and 4) distributing transgenic and gene knock-out mice to other investigators.
