Abstract

Chronic rejection is the leading cause of kidney transplant loss. The renin-angiotensin participates in the injury and progression of many kidney diseases. This study attempts to construct a profile for that system in patients with chronic transplant rejection and also assess the patients' responses to the interruption of angiotensin II actions.
