THIS PROJECT IS ABOUT A MONITORING CAMPAIGN CONSISTING OF 4X60 KSEC SIMULTANEOUS XMM-NEWTON.& 4 X 40 KSEC NUSTAR OBSERVATIONS OF THE NEARBY AND BRIGHT SEYFERT GALAXY MCG-03-58-007 .WHERE WE RECENTLY DISCOVERED THE PRESENCE OF A POWERFUL AND HIGHLY VARIABLE ULTRA FAST DISK WIND..THE FIRST SUZAKU OBSERVATION OF MCG-03-58-007 UNVEILED THE PRESENCE OF A HIGH IONIZATION HIGH.COLUMN DENSITY (NH) AND FAST (V # 0.1C) OUTFLOWING WIND LAUNCHED FROM WITHIN A FEW 100 GRAVITATIONAL.RADII FROM THE BLACK HOLE. OUR FOLLOW-UP 130 KS SIMULTANEOUS XMM/NUSTAR OBSERVATION.ED THE PRESENCE OF THE WIND. REMARKABLY DURING THIS OBSERVATION WE WITNESSED AN X-RAY.ECLIPSE BY A DENSER STREAMLINE OF THE WIND MOVING ACROSS OUR LINE OF SIGHT THAT LASTED ALMOST A DAY..SUCH DRAMATIC AND FAST VARIABILITY OF THE WIND PLACES MCG-03-58-007 AMONG THE UNIQUE OBJECTS.SUCH AS THE LUMINOUS QUASAR PDS 456 AND MAKES IT AN IDEAL AGN FOR MAPPING THE INNER DISK WIND.STRUCTURE. THE AIM OF THE XMM-NEWTON & NUSTAR MONITORING CAMPAIGN WAS TO PROBE THE ORIGIN.OF THE OBSERVED VARIATIONS REVEAL THE INNER STRUCTURE OF THE DISK WIND AND DETERMINE HOW THE WIND.RESPONDS TO THE INTRINSIC CONTINUUM VARIABILITY.
