PI BRANDON JOHNSON WILL BE HEAVILY INVOLVED IN THE ISALE MODELING DESCRIBED IN THIS PROPOSAL AND WILL OVERSEE PROGRESS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. JOHNSON WILL AID IN THE ANALYSIS OF GRAVITY AND TOPOGRAPHY DATA AS WELL AS INTERPRETATION. JOHNSON WILL ALSO CONTRIBUTE SUBSTANTIVELY TO MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION. A GRADUATE STUDENT RESEARCHER WILL DO MUCH OF THE DAY-TO-DAY WORK PRODUCING RUNNING THE HYDROCODE MODELS OF BASIN FORMATION AND MAKING DETAILED COMPARISONS TO OBSERVED GRAVITY AND CRUSTAL THICKNESS MODELS. THE GSR WILL LEAD MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION ASSOCIATED WITH TASKS 2 AND 3. COI JEFFREY ANDREWS-HANNA WILL USE GRAIL GRAVITY DATA AND LOLA TOPOGRAPHY DATA TO PRODUCE MODELS OF THE CRUSTAL STRUCTURE OF THE BASINS. THESE MODELS WILL BE USED TO QUANTIFY THE DIP AND DISPLACEMENT ACROSS INDIVIDUAL FAULTS.
