II. PROGRAM ABSTRACT THE STATE-OF-THE-ART X-RAY OBSERVATORIES XMM-NEWTON CHANDRA AND SWIFT HAVE BEEN ACTIVELY COLLECTING SOFT X-RAY IMAGING DATA FOR MORE THAN A DECADE. WE ARE LAUNCHING A LIVE SEARCH FOR X-RAY TREASURES (LIST) PROJECT AIMING TO SEARCH FOR OBJECTS OF IMPORTANT SCIENCE VALUE SERENDIPITOUSLY DETECTED BY THESE OBSERVATORIES AS SOON AS NEW DATA BECOME PUBLIC. WE REQUEST A 24 KS XMM-NEWTON TOO OBSERVATION TO A VERY IMPORTANT X-RAY OBJECT SUCH AS TIDAL DISRUPTION EVENTS AND OFF-NUCLEAR HYPERLUMINOUS X-RAY SOURCES THAT WE MIGHT DISCOVER DURING XMM-NEWTON AO18 FROM OUR LIST PROJECT IN ORDER TO CONSTRAIN THEIR LONG-TERM VARIABILITY AND UNDERSTAND THEIR NATURE. III. TECHNICAL PROGRAM SUMMARY THE PROGRAM WILL INVESTIGATE NEW XMM-NEWTON CHANDRA AND SWIFT PUBLIC DATA IN REAL TIME TO SEARCH FOR OBJECTS OF IMPORTANT SCIENCE VALUE SERENDIPITOUSLY DETECTED BY THESE OBSERVATORIES. AFTER THE DISCOVERY WE WILL TRIGGER A 24 KS XMM-NEWTON TOO OBSERVATION TO MONITOR ITS LONGTERM FLUX AND SPECTRAL CHANGE. THE FINAL PAPER WILL INCLUDE FULL ANALYSIS AND MODELING OF ALL AVAILABLE ARCHIVAL X-RAY OPTICAL IR RADIO DATA AND THE NEW XMM-NEWTON DATA. THIS TOO HAS BEEN TRIGGERED ON A NEWLY DISCOVERED SPECIAL HARD TIDAL DISRUPTION EVENT. IV. DETAILED SCOPE THE GOAL OF THE PROJECT IS TO FIND AN IMPORTANT OBJECT SUCH AS TIDAL DISRUPTION EVENTS AND OFFNUCLEAR HYPERLUMINOUS X-RAY SOURCES FROM NEW XMM-NEWTON CHANDRA AND SWIFT OBSERVATIONS AND FOLLOW UP WITH AN XMM-NEWTON OBSERVATION IN ORDER TO PIN DOWN ITS NATURE. WE HAVE TRIGGERRED THE TOO ON A SPECIAL HARD TIDAL DISRUPTION EVENT THAT WE DISCOVERED FROM SWIFT DATA RECENTLY. THE TOO OBSERVATION IS STILL TO BE MADE IN DECEMBER 2020. AFTER IT IS TAKEN WE WILL FULLY ANALYZE THE NEW OBSERVATION AND THE ARCHIVAL OBSERVATIONS INCLUDING EXTRACTION OF X-RAY SPECTRA SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM LIGHT CURVES MODELING OF THE X-RAY SPECTRA SEARCH FOR SHORTTERM VARIABILITY MODELING THE LONG-TERM EVOLUTION ETC. WE WILL ALSO ANALYZE MULTI-WAVELENGTH DATA. FOR THE SWIFT TIDAL DISRUPTION EVENT IT HAPPENED TO BE CLOSE TO THE FAMOUS INTERMEDIATEMASS BLACK HOLE HLX-1 AND THUS HAVE A LOT OF XRT AND UVOT OBSERVATIONS (_570) AND SIX ARCHIVAL XMM-NEWTON OBSERVATIONS THAT WE ALSO NEED TO ANALYZE. WE WILL ALSO ANALYZE THE SOAR AND SALT OPTICAL SPECTROSCOPIC OBSERVATIONS OF THE EVENT THAT WE OBTAINED. WE WILL ALSO ANALYZE A RADIO IMAGE OBTAINED BY US. WE ALSO HAVE A CHANDRA DDT OBSERVATION BUT ITS ANALYSIS WILL BE FUNDED BY CHANDRA (SEE THE CURRENT FUNDING SUPPORT DOCUMENT ATTACHED). FINALLY WE WILL WRITE A PAPER TO REPORT THE DISCOVERY OF THE SOURCE. WE WILL USE SAS AND FTOOLS FOR ANALYSIS OF XMM-NEWTON OBSERVATIONS AND OTHER SOFTWARE PACKAGES (SUCH AS GALFIT IRAF CIAO) AS NEEDED TO ANALYZE MULTIWAVELENGTH DATA.
