OUR SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE IN THIS PROJECT IS TO REACH ARLS 7 9 IN THE THIRD YEAR (2020) FOR THE SATELLITE-BASED WATER MANAGEMENT PRODUCTS AND APPLICATIONS OF (1) SATELLITE ALTIMETRY (JASON-2/3 SENTINEL-3 ICESAT-2) BASED MONITORING AND FORECASTING OF WATER LEVELS OVER THE FLOODPLAINS AND DELTA (2) SATELLITE IMAGE (LANDSAT MODIS PALSAR-2 SENTINEL-1) BASED MONITORING AND FORECASTING OF INUNDATED EXTENTS OVER LOWER MEKONG (3) INTERFEROMETRIC SYNTHETIC APERTURE RADAR (INSAR)-BASED MONITORING OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL WATER LEVEL CHANGES OVER THE FLOODPLAINS AND DELTA (4) INTEGRATED INSAR AND ALTIMETRY BASED MONITORING AND FORECASTING OF ABSOLUTE WATER VOLUMES OVER THE FLOODPLAINS AND DELTA.
