WE WILL BUILD A GENERAL FRAMEWORK FOR DEALING WITH PILE-UP IN SPECTRAL MODELING USING ABC AND REFINE CURRENT INSTRUMENTAL SIMULATORS FOR INCLUSION IN THIS FRAMEWORK. COUPLED WITH STATE-OF-THE- ART SAMPLING METHODS THIS WILL ALLOW US TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DOZENS OF OBSERVATIONS IN THE ARCHIVES OF ALL THREE INSTRUMENTS. WE WILL BE ABLE TO ESTIMATE SPINS TO MUCH BET- TER ACCURACY THAN EVER BEFORE AND TEST CURRENT MODELS FOR BLACK HOLE FORMATION AS WELL AS JET LAUNCHING MECHANISMS. THE PROGRAM WILL DELIVER A CONSIDERABLE LEGACY BECAUSE THE STATISTICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK WILL BE GENERAL.
