MY PRIME SCIENTIFIC GOALS ARE TO ENSURE THAT XARM REACHES ITS POTENTIAL TO REVOLUTIONIZE OUR UNDERSTANDING OF 1) WIND FEEDBACK FROM BLACK HOLES INTO HOST ENVIRONMENTS 2) DISK PHYSICS THAT IS ONLY REALIZED VIA OUTFLOWS AND 3) THE NATURE OF THE INNERMOST ACCRETION FLOW AS A WINDOW ON BLACK HOLE SPIN AND MASS GROWTH. THESE GOALS ARE CENTRAL TO THE "PHYSICS OF THE LARGEST OBJECTS IN THE UNIVERSE" AND THE "PHYSICS OF THE MOST EXTREME ENVIRONMENTS IN THE UNIVERSE" DISCIPLINES.
