WE ARE PROPOSING TO USE TEMPORAL GRACE SOLUTIONS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND INFILTRATION RECHARGE CONNECTIVITY GROUNDWATER FLOW PREFERRED PATHWAYS AND IMPEDIMENTS FOR GROUNDWATER FLOW FOR LARGE AQUIFERS IN ARID AND SEMI-ARID PARTS OF THE WORLD. THE PROPOSED APPROACH IS STRAIGHTFORWARD AND NOVEL. IN ADDRESSING THE ABOVE-MENTIONED PARAMETERS SPECIAL ATTENTION/EFFORTS WILL BE DEDICATED TO CAREFULLY SELECT SIMPLE HYDROLOGIC SYSTEM THAT ADDRESSING THE INVESTIGATED PARAMETERS FOR LARGE AQUIFERS (INFILTRATION RECHARGE MASS FLOW IMPEDIMENTS RESPONSE TO CLIMATE CHANGE AND UTILIZATION) WITH CERTAINTY. COMPLEX HYDROLOGIC SYSTEMS THAT RENDER MULTIPLE INTERPRETATIONS FOR THE OBSERVED TEMPORAL GRACE OBSERVATIONS WILL BE AVOIDED. THE APPROACH IS ALSO NOVEL BECAUSE IT INTEGRATES OBSERVATIONS FROM GRACE WITH OTHERS ACQUIRED FROM OTHER RELEVANT DATASETS.
