WITH THE DETECTION OF GRAVITATIONAL WAVES IN COINCIDENCE WITH THE GBM DETECTION OF A GRB170817A A NEW ERA IN MULTI-MESSENGER ASTRONOMY HAS BEGUN AND WITH THE NEW UPCOMING LOGO AND VIRGO OBSERVING CYCLE "O3" THE EXPECTATION FOR NEW DETECTIONS ARE EXTREMELY HIGH. THE FERMI LARGE AREA TELESCOPE HAS THE UNIQUE CAPABILITY TO OBSERVE HIGH-ENERGY RADIATION FROM GRBS WHICH IS ONLY POSSIBLE IF A LARGE BOOSTING FACTOR IS IN THE EQUATION. IN OTHER WORDS THE LAT IS THE ONLY INSTRUMENT CAPABLE TO DISCRIMINATE THE PRESENCE OF A JET IN THE RESULTING SYSTEM AND EVEN A NON DETECTION AT HIGH ENERGY CAN SET VERY CONSTRAINING LIMITS ON THE EMISSION MECHANISM. WE PROPOSE TO CONTINUE OUR SUCCESSFUL FOLLOW-UP PROGRAM IDENTIFYING AREA TO IMPROVE AND PLANNING A FAST RESPONSE TO ACCOMPANY THE PUBLIC RELEASE OF GW ALERTS. WE PLAN TO FOLLOWUP EVERY DETECTION OF GW SEARCHING FOR TRANSIENT SIGNAL IN LAT DATA. WE PLAN TO DEVELOP ALL THE REQUIRED SOFTWARE TOOLS TO EXPORT THE RESULTS OF OUR ANALYSIS IN A WEB BASE SYSTEM TO MAKE THEM ACCESSIBLE TO THE COMMUNITY. WE PLAN TO PUBLISH A PAPER CONTAINING A SUMMARY OF ALL THE FOLLOWUP GW EVENTS AT THE END OF "O3". IN CASE OF A GW DETECTION OUR TEAM WILL LIKELY BE THE REFERENCE POINT FOR THE FERMI-LAT ANALYSIS AND THANKS TO THIS PROPOSAL FERMI- LAT COULD HAVE A PROMINENT ROLE IN ONE OF THE BIGGEST DISCOVERY OF THE CENTURY.
