THE SECOND FERMI LAT GRB CATALOG RECENTLY PUBLISHED INCLUDES 186 GRBS DETECTED BY THE LAT IN 10 YEARS. MOST OF THESE GRBS ARE PREVIOUSLY UNPUBLISHED AND SEVERAL FOLLOW-UP STUDIES COULD BE PERFORMED. ALTHOUGH GRBS WILL CONTINUE TO BE DETECTED BY THE LAT A THIRD CATALOG WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED ANY TIME SOON. HAVING REAL TIME ANALYSIS DELIVERED TO THE PUBLIC IS ESSENTIAL ESPECIALLY WITH GRAVITATIONAL WAVE OBSERVATORIES DETECTING NEUTRON STAR MERGERS AND IACT DETECTING VERY HIGH-ENERGY PHOTONS FROM LAT GRBS. WITH THIS PROPOSAL WE PLAN TO EXTEND THE LAT GRB CATALOG PIPELINE TO ANALYZE REAL-TIME EVENTS AND TO DELIVER OUR RESULTS TO THE COMMUNITY INCLUDING SPECTRAL FILES AND RESPONSE FUNCTIONS THAT CAN BE USED TO RE-ANALYZE FERMI LAT DATA WITH STANDARD TOOLS SUCH AS XSPEC AND GSPEC. .WITH THIS PROPOSAL WE ARE PLANNING TO DEVELOP THE REQUIRE SOFTWARE TO RELEASE ALL THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IN THE SECOND FERMI LAT CATALOG TO A SERIES OF WEB SITES WHERE THE COMMUNITY CAN ACCESS THE RESULTS BROWSING INDIVIDUAL GRB PAGES AND HAVING ACCESS TO SUMMARY PLOTS. WE ALSO PLAN TO DELIVER SEVERAL FILES THAT CAN BE USED IN FOLLOW-UP ANALYSIS. FINALLY WE PLAN TO KEEP UPDATED THE LIST OF GRBS DETECTED BY THE LAT SO THAT QUASI REAL-TIME INFORMATION CAN BE EASILY ACCESSED. WITH SUCH A LARGE SAMPLE OF GRBS THIS PROJECT WILL VERY LIKELY REPRESENT AN IMPORTANT REFERENCE FOR THE STUDY OF GRBS AT HIGH ENERGY AND AN IMPORTANT MILESTONE FOR THE FERMI MISSION. THE OUTCOME OF THIS PROPOSAL WILL LIKELY INCREASE THE IMPACT OF THE MISSION AND STIMULATE NEW PROGRESS IN THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE GRB PHENOMENA. .
