THE TESS FLUX TIME SERIES DATA PROVIDES A WEALTH OF INFORMATION WHICH WILL LEAD TO INNUMERABLE ASTROPHYSICAL DISCOVERIES. AN OBSTACLE TO THESE DISCOVERIES IS THE INSTRUMENTAL ARTIFACTS IN THE DATA SETS BUT THE TESS SCIENCE PROCESSING OPERATIONS CENTER (SPOC) PIPELINE'S PRE-SEARCH DATA CONDITIONING COMPONENT (PDC) WAS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO IDENTIFY AND REMOVE THE POINTING-DOMINANT SYSTEMATICS IN THE LIGHT CURVES. HOWEVER NO ONE COTRENDING FIT WILL BE IDEAL FOR ALL INVESTIGATIONS. ALTHOUGH THE PIPELINE ENDEAVORS TO PRESERVE ALL STELLAR SIGNALS IT MUST MAKE DIFFICULT DECISIONS TO PRIORITIZE TRANSIT SIGNAL PRESERVATION WHICH CAN RESULT IN OTHER STELLAR SIGNALS BEING COMPROMISED IN SOME SITUATIONS. WE PROPOSE HERE TO DEVELOP A GENERAL PURPOSE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE TOOL TO ALLOW TESS DATA USERS TO PERFORM THEIR OWN PDC-LIKE CORRECTION WITHIN LIGHTKURVE WHICH IS AN API PACKAGE DEVELOPED FOR KEPLER&TESS TIME SERIES ANALYSIS IN PYTHON (HTTP://DOCS.LIGHTKURVE.ORG).
