THE PROPOSED WORK IS RELEVANT TO THE XRP CALL AS IT DIRECTLY ADDRESSES OPEN QUESTIONS ABOUT ATMOSPHERIC CHEMISTRY SURFACE PHYSICS RADIATION ENERGY CONTENT AND DYNAMICS FOR ROCKY EXOPLANETS IN A SELF-CONSISTENT WAY. IT WILL ALLOW US TO MAXIMIZE THE SCIENTIFIC RETURNS OF NASA'S TESS MISSION BY IMPROVING OUR UNDERSTANDING OF POSSIBLE CLIMATES ON ROCKY PLANETS AND SERVING AS A FUNDAMENTAL BASIS FOR FUTURE FOLLOW-UP OBSERVATIONS OF THOSE PLANETS WITH NASA'S JWST.
