NUSTAR'S UNPRECEDENTED ENERGY COVERAGE HAS BEEN PROVIDING MANY BLACK HOLE SPIN MEASUREMENTS IN AGN. MOST OF THEM ARE AT THE HIGH END OF BLACK HOLE SPIN WHERE STRONG RELATIVISTIC EFFECTS ARE PRESENT. IN NGC 7314 THE IRON LINE SHAPE FROM SPECTROSCOPY AND REVERBERATION IS NARROW SUGGESTING A LOW BLACK HOLE SPIN AND POSSIBLY EITHER A TRUNCATED DISK OR AN ILLUMINATING SOURCE THAT IS DISTANT FROM THE DISK. THE CURRENT LOW ENERGY DATA (<10 KEV) DO NOT CONSTRAIN THE REFLECTION SPECTRUM TO SPECIFY THIS. HERE WE PROPOSE TO OBSERVE NGC 7314 FOR 100 KS WITH NUSTAR AND 60 KS WITH XMM IN ORDER TO MEASURE BOTH THE RELATIVISTIC BROADENING AND REVERBERATION. THE TWO WILL ALLOW US TO LOCALIZE THE X-RAY SOURCE AND TEST FOR TRUNCATION. A TRUNCATED DISK WOULD HAVE IMPLICATIONS ON ACCRETION THEORY.
