CORE COLLAPSE SUPERNOVAE (CCSNE) SURROUNDED BY A VERY DENSE AND POSSIBLY DUSTY CIRCUMSTELAR MEDIUM (CSM) ARE REFERRED TO AS TYPE IIN SNE . THEY ARE AN IMPORTANT SUBCLASS OF CCSN AND EXHIBIT UNIQUE SPECTRAL AND CONTINUUM TRENDS IN THEIR UV-OPTICAL TO NEAR-INFRARED (IR) LIGHT CURVES. UNLIKE MOST CCSNE WHOSE LIGHT CURVE IS POWERED BY THE RELEASE OF ENERGY FROM DECAYING RADIOACTIVE ELEMENTS THE LIGHT CURVES OF TYPE IIN SN IS POWERED BY THE INTERACTION OF THE SN EJECTA WAVE WITH THE SURROUNDING CSM WE PROPOSE TO CARRY OUT A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY OF THE INTERACTION OF CCSNE WITH THEIR DENSE CSM WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON THE PROCESSES THAT DESTROY AND REFORM DUST IN THE CSM ENVIRONMENT AND ON THE MANY DIFFERENT MANIFESTATION OF THESE PROCESSES IN THE SN LIGHT CURVE. OUR STUDY WILL SPECIFICALLY ADDRESS THE WEALTH OF OBSERVATIONAL DATA FROM SN2010JL A PROTOTYPE IIN SUPERNOVA BUT WILL PROVIDE IMPORTANT INSIGHTS AND VALUABLE GUIDES FOR THE GENERAL INTERPRETING TYPE IIN SN LIGHT CURVES AND DETERMINING THE NATURE OF THE EXPLOSIONS AND THE ENVIRONMENTS IN WHICH THEY TOOK PLACE.
