THE DISTRIBUTION OF DARK MATTER BARYONS AND STARS IN A CLUSTER GRAVITATIONAL POTENTIAL IS A FUNDAMENTAL PREDICTION OF MODELS OF LARGE SCALE STRUCTURE FORMATION. WE WERE AWARDED 524 ORBITS OF HST IMAGING TO COMBINE WITH SUBARU AND VLT SPECTROSCOPY DATA TO MEASURE THE STRONG AND WEAK LENSING PROPERTIES OF 20 RELAXED AND 5 HIGH-MAGNIFICATION GALAXY CLUSTERS (Z=0.18-0.90 TGAS>5 KEV). WE HAVE BEEN AWARDED PRIORITY-A XMM TIME TO OBSERVE 3 CLUSTERS LACKING XMM DATA IN AO-11. WE PROPOSE UNIFORM JOINT X-RAY/LENSING ANALYSIS OF THESE DATA TOGETHER WITH ARCHIVAL XMM DATA FOR 12 CLUSTERS AND CHANDRA DATA FOR ALL 25. THIS ANALYSIS WILL PROVIDE A GIANT ADVANCE IN OUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE SHAPES AND CONCENTRATIONS OF THE MASS PROFILES PROVIDING PRECISE OBSERVATIONAL BENCHMARKS FOR BARYONIC AND DARK MATTER DISTRIBUTIONS OVER A RANGE OF REDSHIFTS. THESE BENCHMARKS ARE NOT ONLY IMPORTANT FOR UNDERSTANDING CLUSTERS AS COSMOLOGICAL PROBES BUT AS LABORATORIES FOR QUANTIFYING THE EFFECTS OF GALAXY AND AGN FEEDBACK. AS PART OF THIS EFFORT WE WILL ENHANCE THE DATA ANALYSIS SYSTEM JACO THE JOINT ANALYSIS OF CLUSTER OBSERVATIONS.
