RESEARCH IS PROPOSED IN KEY AREAS OF GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM (GPS) SIGNAL DESIGN AND MONITORING FOR TERRESTRIAL AND SPACE APPLICATIONS. MANYNASA EARTH SCIENCE SPACE OPERATIONS AND SPACE SCIENCE MISSIONS INCREASINGLY RELY ON HIGH-ACCURACY CHARACTERISTICS OF SATELLITE NAVIGATION.TO SUPPORT THE CURRENT MISSIONS AND TO ENABLE NEW APPLICATIONS IN THE AREAS OF CLIMATE STUDIES SMART SENSOR WEBS TIME DISSEMINATION COMMON DOCKING TECHNOLOGIES AUTONOMOUS CONJUNCTION INFORMATION AND AUTONOMOUS SPACECRAFT OPERATIONS GPS MUST BE CAREFULLY MONITORED AND STUDIED TO ENSURE ITS CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. SPECIFIC AREAS OF STUDY INCLUDE NEW SIGNAL STRUCTURES RECEIVER CONCEPTS REQUIREMENTS DEVELOPMENT SIGNAL ANOMALIES AND MONITORING ALGORITHMS.
