THERE ARE MANY THOUSANDS OF KNOWN NEOS FOR WHICH WE HAVE NO COMPOSITIONAL INFORMATION AT ALL. DETAILED MINERALOGICAL STUDIES ARE LIMITED TO OBJECTS ABOVE A CERTAIN BRIGHTNESS WHICH MAY RARELY BE REACHED FOR SMALL OBJECTS OR THOSE WITH LONG SYNODIC PERIODS. WE WILL TARGET SUCH FAINTER OBJECTS THROUGH A SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC AND SPECTROSCOPIC SURVEY DESIGNED TO ALLOW DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN SPECTRAL COMPLEXES AND CLASSES. THIS WILL ENABLE BETTER EVALUATION OF SPACECRAFT TARGETS BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF NEO SIZE FREQUENCY DISTRIBUTIONS AND IDENTIFY POSSIBLE TARGETS FOR FOLLOW-UP STUDIES.
