WE PROPOSE TO DETECT THE INTEGRATED SACHS-WOLFE (ISW) EFFECT IN THE WMAP CMB MAPS USING THE ONE YEAR PAN-STARRS1 (PS1) PHOTOMETRIC LRG SAMPLE. THESE TWO SAMPLES SHOULD BE UNCORRELATED TO LINEAR ORDER IN A FLAT COSMOLOGY WITHOUT A DARK ENERGY (DE) COMPONENT WHILE DE CAUSES SMALL CORRELATIONS DUE TO THE INTEGRATED ISW EFFECT. WE WILL APPLY THREE METHODS TO CHARACTERIZE THE CORRELATIONS BETWEEN THE TWO DATA-SESTS: TWO-POINT (CROSS) CORRELATION FUNCTION A MATCHED FILTER USING THE RECONSTRUCTED ISW MAP AND STACKING OF CMB DATA IN THE DIRECTION OF SUPERSTRUCTURES. WE PROJECT THAT THE FIRST TWO WILL PRODUCE 4-SIGMA AND THE LATTER AN 8-SIGMA SIGNAL. OUR MEASUREMENT WILL BE THE CLEANEST HIGHEST SIGNAL-TO-NOISE CHARACTERIZATION OF THE GALAXY-CMB CORRELATIONS DUE TO THE LARGE AREA OF PS1 AND THE BEST AVAILABLE METHODS USED. ISW MEASUREMENTS HAVE SIGNIFICANT CONSTRAINING POWER ON MORE GENERAL (AS OPPOSED TO VANILLA) DE MODELS E.G. DGP (DVALI-GABADADZE-PORRATI) OR THOSE WITH CURVATURE. THE HIGH SIGNIFICANCE OF OUR DETECTION WILL ALLOW IT TO BE FOLDED INTO A JOINT MAXIMUM LIKELIHOOD CONSTRAINT ON COSMOLOGICAL PARAMETERS USING MCMC TECHNIQUES. THE INSTITUTE FOR ASTRONOMY UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII HAS EMBARKED ON THE PAN-STARRS1 PROJECT CONSISTING OF A WIDE FIELD IMAGING TELESCOPE SITUATED IN MAUI.THE OFFICIAL SURVEY MODE OPERATIONS HAVE BEGUN AT THIS WRITING. AFTER ONE YEAR A PHOTOMETRIC SURVEY DEEPER AND ABOUT 4 TIMES THE AREA OF THE SDSS PHOTOMETRIC LRG SAMPLE WILL BE ASSEMBLED. THE AVAILABILITY OF THIS DATA-SET IS A SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGE OVER PREVIOUS STUDIES. THE PI WILL BE IN UNIQUE POSITION TO CARRY OUT THIS PROJECT AS I) WE WILL HAVE IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO THE EARLY PS1 DATA II) PI AND COLLABORATORS ARE MEMBERS OF PAN-STARRS WITH FULL UNDERSTANDING AND DIRECT ACCESS TO THE DATA REDUCTION AND ANALYSIS III) PI AND COLLABORATORS HAVE BEEN PRIMARY DEVELOPERS OF THE TECHNIQUES AND SOFTWARE TOOLS NEEDED TO PERFORM THE MEASUREMENTS IV) THE PI HAS ACCUMULATED PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE CONSTRAINING THE ISW EFFECT WITH LRG-WMAP CROSS-CORRELATIONS AND MEASURING CORRELATION FUNCTIONS POWER SPECTRA AND HIGHER ORDER STATISTICS IN WMAP AND LSS MAPS. PI HAS WRITTEN A PRIME CMB ANALYSIS SOFTWARE SPICE THAT IS AN OFFICIAL PART OF THE PLANCK L2 PIPELINE AND IT HAS BEEN USED FOR THE FIRST WMAP-SDSS CROSS-CORRELATION MEASUREMENTS. IN ADDITION PI AND GROUP HAVE DEVELOPED THE TWO OTHER METHODS THE MAXIMUM LIKELIHOOD BASED MATCHED FILTER ABOUT %10 MORE CONSTRAINING THAN CROSS-CORRELATIONS AND STACKING OF IMAGES TOWARDS SUPERSTRUCTURES THAT PRODUCED TANTALIZING 4.4-SIGMA SIGNAL FROM THE SDSS-LRGS (COMPARED WITH
