THE PROJECT OBJECTIVE IS TO MITIGATE THE PERFORMANCE DEGRADATION OF SILICON TOPCON (TUNNEL OXIDE PASSIVATED CONTACT) SOLAR CELLS BY ANALYZING THEIR STRUCTURE AND DYNAMICS FROM FEMTOSECONDS TO GIGASECONDS. WE PROPOSE TO ANALYZE THE STRUCTURAL AND ELECTRONIC DYNAMICS OF TOPCON SOLAR CELLS IN ORDER TO DETERMINE HOW ATOMIC, FEMTOSECONDS DYNAMICS IMPACTS AND CONTROLS THE FABRICATION-RELATED PERFORMANCE LOSS FROM SECONDS-TO-HOURS, AND THE LONG-TIME DEGRADATION DYNAMICS OUT TO GIGASECONDS.
