COST-EFFECTIVE CIRCULAR MANUFACTURING OF LIGHTWEIGHT VEHICLE SHELLS AND BATTERY CASING BY RECYCLABLE-BY-DESIGN POLYMER COMPOSITES. THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP AND DEMONSTRATE THE CIRCULARITY OF CARBON-FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER (CFRP) MATERIALS USED AS VEHICLE DOOR PANELS AND STRUCTURAL BATTERY CASINGS, ENABLED BY RECYCLABLE-BY-DESIGN THERMOSET RESINS THAT ARE SOURCED FROM WASTE PLASTIC ADDITIVES, TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL OF DECARBONIZING THE MANUFACTURING OF LIGHTWEIGHT VEHICLES.
