THE OVERALL GOAL OF THE PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP, TEST, AND DEMONSTRATE A COMMERCIALLY VIABLE JACK-UP CANAL SOLAR PLATFORM PROTOTYPE. THIS INCLUDES ENSURING THE PROTOTYPE MEETS QUALITY ASSURANCE STANDARDS, VALIDATING ITS ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY THROUGH UPDATED LCOE ANALYSIS, AND SECURING STAKEHOLDER COMMITMENTS FOR PILOT-SCALE DEPLOYMENT AND FUTURE MARKET ADOPTION. THE EXPECTED PROJECT OUTCOMES ARE: THIS PROJECT WILL SUCCESSFULLY DEVELOP AND TEST A JACK-UP CANAL SOLAR PLATFORM PROTOTYPE, ACHIEVING KEY MILESTONES IN DESIGN, ANALYSIS, AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT. COMPREHENSIVE DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING THE PSD/PRD, WILL ENSURE ADHERENCE TO QUALITY STANDARDS AND INFORM SUBSEQUENT DEVELOPMENT STAGES. THE PROJECT WILL ESTABLISH A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR COMMERCIALIZATION, SECURING INTEREST FROM POTENTIAL PILOT SITES AND DEFINING A CLEAR PATH FOR FUTURE DEPLOYMENT. KEY ASPECTS SUCH AS DEIA GOALS, INTERN PROGRAMS, AND RISK MITIGATION PLANS WILL BE EFFECTIVELY INTEGRATED, DEMONSTRATING THE PROJECT'S HOLISTIC APPROACH AND READINESS FOR FULL-SCALE IMPLEMENTATION.
