PRODUCTION OF LOW-CARBON METHANOL THROUGH THE USE OF DIRECT-AIR CAPTURE OF CO2 AND SOLID-OXIDE CO-ELECTROLYSIS OF CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2) AND WATER (H2O) TO SYN-GAS (AIR2MEOH).
