NEAR-ZERO CARBON DIRECT IRON PRODUCTION FROM INDUSTRIAL WASTE USING CHEMICAL LOOPING WITH HYDROGEN CO-PRODUCTION INDUSTRIALIZATION AND STEEL PRODUCTION ARE CO-DEPENDENT AND INTEGRAL TO CONTINUED ECONOMIC GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT AND SUCCESS, MAKING THE DECARBONIZATION OF STEEL PRODUCTION NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE CARBON REDUCTION GOALS.
