THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO DEMONSTRATE AND DEPLOY AN INTEGRATED METHANE EMISSIONS REDUCTION SYSTEM FOR UPSTREAM FLARES, THAT COULD BE (A) EASILY RETROFITTABLE AT EXISTING SITES WITH LOW INSTALLATION COST (B) COST-EFFECTIVE WITH LESS THAN 1 YEAR PAYBACK TIME AND (C) FLEXIBLE ENOUGH SO IT CAN BE DEPLOYED AT A WIDE RANGE OF SITES, TYPES, AND SIZES OF FLARES, THROUGH REAL-TIME PROCESS OPTIMIZATION
