THE FUNDAMENTALLY NEW, PROCESS-INTENSIFIED, MULTI-FUNCTIONAL SOFC ARCHITECTURE OFFERS INTERNAL REFORMING OF LIQUID/GASEOUS FUELS TO H2/CO, CURRENT COLLECTION, FLOW MANIFOLDING, AND HEAT EXCHANGE. EDGE DENSIFICATION OF THE POROUS METAL SUBSTRATE ALLOWS DIFFUSION BONDING OF REPEAT UNITS AND MINIMIZES THE NEED FOR GLASS SEALS.
