THE OVERARCHING GOAL IS TO CREATE COST-EFFECTIVE, SIMPLE, AND RAPID INKJET THIN-FILM PRINTING METHOD TO PREPARE ISOTOPICALLY PURE, RELIABLE, ROBUST, AND UNIFORM ACTINIDE TARGETS. THE PROPOSAL CONTAINS FIVE OBJECTIVES LISTED BELOW THAT OUTLINE THE STEPS NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL OF THE PROJECT, INCLUDING INVESTIGATIONS OF THE SCS REACTIONS, THE THIN DEPOSITION, THE CHARACTERIZATION OF THE TARGETS TO ENSURE THAT THEY MEET THE DESIRED SPECIFICATIONS, AND THE EDUCATION OF THE NEXT GENERATION OF STEM WORKFORCE THAT CAN USE THE DEVELOPED TECHNIQUES.
