THE OBJECTIVE IS TO DEVELOP HIGH ACTIVE NITROGEN GROWTH OF ULTRAHIGH-EFFICIENCY PHOSPHOR-FREE FULL COLOR LEDS, WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF ACHIEVING AN INTERNAL QUANTUM EFFICIENCY (IQE) > 80%, AND OUTPUT POWER > 50 MW THAT IS SUITABLE FOR SSL, MICRODISPLAY, AR/VR HEADSET APPLICATIONS. THE SE OF HIGH ACTIVE NITROGEN FLUX KEEPS THE GROWTH TEMPERATURE AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE, FAVORABLE FOR HIGH QUALITY ACTIVE REGIONS.
