THIS WORK AIMS TO DESIGN AN ULTRA LOW POWER TEMPERATURE ROBUST WAKEUP RECEIVER WHERE THE INCOMING ON OFF KEYING MODULATED ENERGY IS PASSED THROUGH A HIGH Q MATCHING NETWORK RESONATOR AMPLIFIED WITH A LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER (LNA), DOWN-CONVERTED TO BASEBAND USING AN ENVELOPE DETECTOR, DIGITIZED BY A LOW VOLTAGE COMPARATOR WITH AN ADJUSTABLE THRESHOLD VOLTAGE, AND THEN COMPARED TO AN INTEGRATED CODEBOOK VIA A MATCHED FILTER.
