This is a travel grant to enable experts in the field of legged locomotion to attend a workshop at Robotics: Science and Systems, in Italy July 2015. Understanding the mechanics and control of legged robotic systems is an important technical area within the field of Robotics, and having experts inspire young researchers in the field has impact on education and human infrastructure development.
