Abstract

This proposal request conference support for student participation in the 2015 InterPACK/ICNMM conference, July 6-9, in San Francisco, CA. The NSF funding will be used to offer 17 travel grants to both female graduate students and students from under-represented minority groups. The opportunities of this NSF grant will benefit these student participants in broadening their educational experience and preparing them for their careers with a preview of professional and technical communities.
