This proposal award supports the travel of students at U.S. institutions to attend the 9th Annual International Conference on Mobile Systems, Applications, and Services (MobiSys 2011). MobiSys, sponsored by the ACM SIGMOBILE, will be held June 28-July 1st, 2011 in Washington, DC.
