Abstract

This action funds a Minority Graduate Student Travel Award for Saul Nava to visit Harvard University in anticipation of applying for an NSF Minority Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in the fall, 2009. The broader impact of the fellowship is to provide an environment for research and training and to increase diversity in programs supported by the Directorate for Biological Sciences.
