Abstract

A Contractors' Purchasing Systems Review (CPSR) of Raytheon Polar Services Company (RPSC) will be conducted in relation to NSF Contract NSFPRSS-0000373 in accordance with FAR 44.3. The CPSR will consist of an evaluation of the contractor's purchasing system to include pricing policies and techniques, method of evaluating subcontractor responsibility, compliance with cost accounting systems in awarding subcontracts, appropriateness of types of contracts used, etc. . . This review is instrumental in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness with which the contractor spends Government funds and complies with Government policy when subcontracting.
