Abstract

This action funds an NSF Minority Graduate Student Travel Award for Lisa Nelis to visit the laboratory of Prof. Deborah M. Gordon at Stanford University and to conduct field work with Dr. Gordon's research team at the Jasper Ridge Biological Reserve in August, 2008, as she prepares to apply for the NSF Minority Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in November, 2008.
