Abstract

This award supports a Town Hall meeting for the chemistry community during the American Chemical Society national meeting in Boston Massachusetts, August 20, 2007. This meeting will facilitate effective communication between the NSF Division of Chemistry and the academic chemistry community to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the Division of Chemistry. Broad participation from all sectors of the academic community served by NSF Chemistry will be encouraged by advertisements, invitations and on-site signs.
