Abstract

This Small Business innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I research project aims to develop a web-based tool for the analysis of viral seqeunces. Availability of a sequence analysis tool that would help investigators manipulate viral sequences and detect contaminants would be of value to researchers as well as to diagnostic laboratories.
